The reply scribe
Answer every review.
Give nothing away.
Paste a Google review, pick the stars and your category. The scribe drafts a reply that thanks them, takes it offline and never confirms they were a patient or a client. It runs in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere.
The draft
What it leaves out, and why
A first draft, not legal advice. Your college, regulator or privacy officer has the final word, and some colleges publish their own guidance on answering reviews.
What it never does
- Confirm who they areFor clinics and law firms, even saying someone was a patient or a client can give away private information. The draft never does.
- Repeat the detailsNo treatment, matter, date or bill goes back into public, even if the reviewer posted it first.
- ArgueThe reply is written for the next person reading it, not to win the last word.
- Trade for a better reviewIt never offers anything in exchange for changing or removing a review. Google doesn’t allow it.
Every world starts
with a Verdict.
The scribe answers one review. A Build sets up the whole system: asking for reviews, answering them and keeping the record clean.
You’ll speak with Sergio, not a salesperson.
